REFUND POLICY
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a damaged product we may offer to replace it or issue a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
At Brainrise, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. However, because our supplements are consumable health products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.
Refunds
We will of course replace or refund your order if:
- You receive the wrong items
- Your order arrives damaged
- Or your products is missing products you paid for
Evidence must be shown to approve a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@brainrise.co.uk.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including partially used periods. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at contact@brainrise.co.uk within 7 days of the transaction.
