About Me
My name is Liam, and i started going to the gym when i was 16. I was obsessed with going everyday and trying to eat well as possible.
I then decided to do my Level 2 fitness instructing so i could work in a gym environment. I learnt a variety of skills and gained knowledge.
I took it a step further and decided to do a degree in sports science. I loved physiology and how to optimise aspects of fitness.
After, i went into a job where i realised the real barriers to fitness and overall health.
I realised it's not really about the lack of knowledge. Most people are aware they need to eat better and exercise more.
The real problems:

- Consistency
- Creating positive habits
- No systems
- Structure
That's where I step in:
I help busy professionals stop starting over. Fitness, discipline, and sustainable habits through simple systems & accountability.
